WELCOME
VP Alison conducted the usual toasts to RI and Australia and welcomed members and guests. Alison then introduced President Jennie.

JENNIES TOPICS

REPORTS
.Youth Chair Roger met with Rebecca Conway and her mother Annette on their way to the Conoco Philips science school at Queenscliff. PP Mr and Mrs Carey of Queenscliff Rotary have kindly offered to accommodate Rebecca. Rebecca will tell the club of her experience at the course upon her return.
Rodec project, after advice from Graeme at Rochester, will be conducted in first school holidays in May with help from Colin and Judy. Cost of $135 per student to be shared equally between club and parents.
Function Centre Chair Phil reported that new microphone has been purchased.
Club Service Chair Charlie advised of upcoming bike ride fundraisers.
BBQ and Bar Manager Bob W. spoke of bar duties for functions, 3 BBQ's for Pistol Club on 11th,12th,and 13th of March. Bob will follow up with Bruce McClure. Two BBQ's for Poysers finished up well. The hot water unit supplied by Phil may be able to be fitted to existing trailer.
Trevor K. reported that liquor licence application has been submitted.
P/E Tim advised:
- Marketing and membership is on facebook.
- Retaining wall may not be done for January hole in one as Bob M is away.
- Judy has organised free golf ball tickets for each of our sponsors.
- Thank you to Mary for Commonwealth Bank tee sponsorship.
- Signs to go up tonight.
- Council to look at signs for traffic flow.
- Charlie to follow up advertising on 3BO.
- Prize for nearest the pin to be given each day if there is no hole in one.
- Painting to be the big raffle prize for Easter event.and the printer for Australia day.
- Working Bee Saturday 21st at 9am and also Monday 23rd in lieu of meeting but there will be a serve yourself meal monday
- Major setup on Wednesday 25th afternoon.
- Hand made market will restart February under new manager.
Ian advised that trots night will be Thursday 23 February, 6.30 pm start. Cost $40 per person includes 2 course meal and race book. Phone Ian on 0417 043 676 if you wish to attend.

List of persons available to "stand in" if we can't attend as rostered have been circulated. Remember if you can't make it get someone from the list to fill in.
FINE SESSION
This was not conducted with enthusiasm with the proceeds going to "Lift the Lid on Mental Health",
