FINE SESSION
This was not conducted due to the Open Forum.

OPEN FORUM
President Jennie introduced the open forum by explaining her thoughts on how the year has gone thus far, highlighting a discussion she had with Bob Wiseman recently who earlier this year was keen to commence a project called "busy feet" but felt there was a lack of interest in launching new projects. After speaking with Jennie he now felt at ease to commence this project. Jennie would welcome any ideas like this to be put to the club for discussion.

Jennie advised she was very pleased with the work being done by Tim and Alison and that  she was in contact with both many times a week.
She then opened the forum for comment and discussion on her leadership and FaceTime from Burnie.

Many comments and suggestions came from the floor from which there developed open and frank communication between ALL members present.

There was a majority agreement that the current format, although not ideal, should continue. There were several unanswered questions discussed and resolved. There were issues raised and points taken that were suggested for better running of the club. The secretary has details of individual's comments if anyone desires to see them.

President Jennie thanked all members present for their frank discussions and then advised members that there were further issues to be tabled at the Board meeting tonight and that explanation of these would be given to all members in due course.

PRESIDENT'S POSTSCRIPT
